Kathryn Hildebrandt lives in her hometown of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.

Kathryn graduated as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2006, went on to complete a Master of Nursing degree from 2006-2008, and commenced a doctoral degree in 2008 (PhD in Health Services). Kathryn works full-time in nursing education at Lakehead University, primarily with high-fidelity simulation. Kathryn also enjoys part-time work as a Registered Nurse with Veterans Affairs Canada, conducting assessments and nursing visits.

Kathryn is married to her husband of 4 years, Curtis, who will be golfing daily while she is away in Tasmania. Kathryn enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, skate skiing, and golfing.
